Dark chocolate pudding

Dark Chocolate Pudding

Whenever I need a quick dessert, a mood booster, or something that everyone likes, this chocolate pudding comes to help. Its silky texture and deep chocolate flavor are to die for. All you need is a deep saucepan and some ingredients, I’m sure all of you have in your pantry like milk, cream, cocoa, chocolate, sugar, and eggs.

I serve this chocolate pudding with nuts or granola on top, fresh fruits also are a good match, especially strawberries and raspberries. I’ve also used to fill tarts and it’s simply delicious. You can enjoy it warm or cold, all is up to you.

Welcome to Mandarina Yum!

mmMy name is Ejona Varangu and I am a full time researcher in the telecommunication industry, and part time food blogger. I blog from a small apartment in Tirana, Albania, where I live with my better half and our two cats Weirdo and Pixel.

I started cooking in late 2013, when I decided to live alone, and I missed the great homemade dishes that my mum prepared, before that, I couldn’t even boil an egg by myself. Little by little I started experimenting with new ingredients and techniques and I loved every single minute of it. Find out more…
