Today I’m sharing with you a super-easy smoothie recipe, which requires only 3 ingredients that this time of the year everyone has at home, strawberry, yogurt and honey. You may also add vanilla for some extra flavour, but the result is awesome even if you skip it.
This yogurt, strawberry smoothie is not only delicious, healthy and refreshing, but also sooo pretty and easy to make. These two last characteristic are a lifesaver, if you’re a parent struggling to keep your children away from sugar drinks. Children tend to like more things they’ve prepared themselves and are lovers of bright colours. Spend 5 minutes in the kitchen with your little ones, let them chop the strawberries or at least put them into the blender and see the magic happen.
Preparation time- 5 minutes
Serving size – 3 person
Ingredients
- 500 ml yogurt
- 300 g strawberries cleaned and chopped in big pieces
- 1 tbs honey (you can add more if you prefer it sweeter)
- A pinch of vanilla or vanilla sugar
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend together until the mixture becomes homogenous. You may enjoy it right away or leave it in the fridge for 2 hours and then enjoy it.
Note
You may replace strawberries with blackberries or other berries to your taste.
