I’ve probably stated 1000 times how much I love social media, because it has helped me connect with amazing people that then have become my friends. Nevila is one of them. We started talking some months before she officially launched “Bake my Day Happy” and haven’t stopped ever since. Apart from exchanging recipes, experience and thoughts we’ve been together at Tedx Tirana event and you already know what a great and challenging experience it has been.

In addition to sharing recipes and tips in her blog Nevila also can be part of your celebrations: birthdays, baby showers and other events with her delicious cakes, cupcakes, pop cakes and cookies. If you still haven’t try her food hurry up, you don’t know what you are missing.

Welcome to Mandarina Yum!

mmMy name is Ejona Varangu and I am a full time researcher in the telecommunication industry, and part time food blogger. I blog from a small apartment in Tirana, Albania, where I live with my better half and our two cats Weirdo and Pixel.

I started cooking in late 2013, when I decided to live alone, and I missed the great homemade dishes that my mum prepared, before that, I couldn’t even boil an egg by myself. Little by little I started experimenting with new ingredients and techniques and I loved every single minute of it. Find out more…
