Yield 2 smoothies
- 2/3 cup raspberries
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp chia
- 1 tbsp tahini (optional)
- 8 cubes ice
- 2-3 dates or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Peel the banana and cut it in coins.
- Pit the dates.
- Put everything together in the blender except for chia and blend well.
- Stir in chia and mix.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
Note: 1 cup – a standard cup of 240 ml
