Overnight oatmeal – My super breakfast



There is nothing more comforting than getting up and finding a bowl of oatmeal ready for you, fresh and yummy. Overnight oatmeal is absolutely my favorite breakfast. you can prepare it in the evening, so, no more excuses for skipping breakfast. You may add whatever toppings you want, from fruits, to seeds, nuts, or even chocolate, to make it a fulfilling meal.

Time  : 5 min

Serving size : 1 person

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs toasted seeds (sesame seeds, sunflower, flaxseeds)
  • 1/2 tbs raisins
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh fruits


Put the oatmeal and milk in a jar. Let it set overnight in the refrigerator. Bring it out in the morning, add salt, cinnamon, raisins, seeds and honey. Mix it altogether. Top with fresh fruits and enjoy.

Super healthy, super delicious.
