I’ve been following TEDx Tirana since its first steps and I’m so happy it is now one of those events that people can’t wait to attend and talk about it long after.
Cooking in a small home kitchen for more than 350 people was a big challenge, but since we grow through challenges I went all in.
I had mix feelings at the beginning. My little kitchen was a mess, my cats were meowing all-time behind the kitchen door, I got tired and stressed, didn’t know if I would make it, but I was cooking, which gives me so much joy and the end was so rewarding. Luckily I managed to prepare everything in time, the tips and encouragement of Nevila, the girl behind Bake My day happy, were a great help.
I was about to cry when I saw the full table 🙂 TEDx was a great opportunity to talk and connect with hundreds of people and share with them my passion.
As you can see from the pictures I made a crumbled cake, olive oil cookies, lemon & poppy seed cupcakes, potato patties, pizza rolls, pesto rolls and hummus with vegetables.
It is definitely one of the most beautiful challenges that I’ve had so far, so a big thank you goes to everyone that made it happen “TEDx”, “Bake My Day Happy”, “EcoMarket”, my better half who is always supportive and my little sister, who is my best advisor.
