Kiwi & yogurt smoothieJanuary has been a pretty busy month. Plenty of work at the office, plenty of work at home and many kilometers to run. Training for a marathon gets harder in this chilly weather. How to survive on days like this that drain your energies? Smoothies are the answer. Healthy, tasty, easy to make and so beautiful.

Serving size : 2 persons 


  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1 dried plum


  1. Put all the ingredients on the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle some seeds or drizzle a little bit of honey and enjoy immediately.
