I’ve figured out a way to make it very fast and moreover, it is healthy. I usually have it for breakfast, before long biking trips. It keeps me full, is easily digested and gives me lots of energy.
I almost forgot it is super yummy. You may easily double or triple the portions to serve more than one person.
Cocoa & chia pudding
Yield 1 serving
- 1 tbs old-fashioned oatmeal
- 3 tbsp chia
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbs cocoa
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients and let them sit in the fridge in an airtight container overnight.
Enjoy next in the morning. In case you want a more homogeneous mixture just blend it with a hand blender for few seconds and enjoy.
Note: 1 cup – a standard cup of 240 ml
