Life is so fast since I moved here in Dublin, and I’m loving every minute of it. But, this also has its cost, less time for my favorite activity, cooking for my family

When in a hurry pasta comes to help, so today I’m sharing with you a simple and delicious dish that I mixed by pure serendipity, without giving it much thought. It’s pasta with asparagus & trout fillet, but you may choose to replace asparagus with your favorite vegetable and trout with your favorite fish.
